What the Benchmark Survey does

If you complete the survey, you will be able to compare your metrics to benchmarks of your peers based on industry, region, number of employees, complexity and your ERP/accounting system.

Confidentiality

Your data is password protected and no third party will have access to your information. You will be able to edit your data and rerun your reports if things change.

Cost

There is no charge for this service.

How it works

For the advanced version, you can complete 4 metrics (Efficiency, Timeliness, Quality and Cost) for each of the following business processes:

The light version contains 13 of the most important benchmarks.

We will then provide an online reporting tool to allow comparison of your metric value to the top value, 1st quartile value, median and bottom value. We will provide this report to you as soon as we have enough responses in our database and will send an email when it is ready.

We have included a sample report to be viewed here. The actual report is interactive and allows you to cycle by category as well as compare to your peers based on industry, region, number of employees and complexity.

Question List

We have provided the survey questions in case you need to distribute the questions to other people before entering your metrics into the system. We have also highlighted the questions that are used in the light version. The list can be downloaded here.
